North Carolina Science Festival is back at the Mayland Earth to Sky Park! Join us Saturday April 18th for hands on activities centered around this year’s theme of “Science Matters!” Come celebrate science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics as we explore how these many topics impact our daily lives! We will have STEAM-based activities for all ages! View the Sun through our Solar Telescope and learn about the Cosmos here at our International Dark Sky Park! While at the festival, you can also take a tour of our pollinator meadow and see our Good of the Hive mural on the outside of our Glenn and Carol Arthur Planetarium, which features both daytime and nighttime pollinators. Come out and learn about science and art at the park with us!
