Hammocks Beach State ParK: Peace Officers Memorial Day Marsh Cruise (Registration Required)

Enjoy a ranger-guided boat ride to Bear Island, learning about some of the plants and animals of the island, as we honor all those that have made the ultimate sacrifice or have been injured in the line of duty. Families of lost or injured officers are encouraged to sign up. Subject to cancellation due to island maintenance or the weather. NO AVAILABLE BATHROOMS AND WATER ON BEAR ISLAND. Return to Visitor Center by 3pm.
