Nature Notes: This monthly journaling series allows attendees a “slowdown” from the complexities of life to observe the small details nature has to offer (light on leaves, birdsong, shifting weather), and capturing those moments on paper through words or images. Sometimes the focus is on scientific observation, others are drawing on past experiences or emotions. This month’s journal entry will focus on the interconnectedness of living things within the park as well as the relationship between Dr. William Sharpe and John Hurst.
