ecoEXPLORE: The Amazing World of Plants! At the West Asheville Library

Spread those roots and branch on out to the library to join us for a super fun program as we learn all about the amazing world of plants! Did you know that more species of plants can be found in the mountains of NC than any other area of similar size in North America? Join us as we learn all about plants – how they make their own food, where and how they spread, why do we have so many different types in WNC, and so much more! We’ll also venture out on a plant walk around the library so we can observe some of our local plant species together! We hope to see you there!
